As a manufacturer supplying wholesale, bulk and OEM orders, Grow Green Planters follows the return and refund terms below. Please review them before placing an order.
Eligibility for Return
Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects, or
- Products damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, OEM or branded products made to your specification.
- Products that have been used, installed or altered.
- Minor colour or finish variations inherent to the plastic moulding process.
Return Process
To request a return or replacement, contact us with your order details, invoice number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.
Replacement or Refund
Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the affected items in the next dispatch wherever possible. Where a replacement is not feasible, a refund or credit note is issued for the value of the affected goods.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as a credit note within 7–10 working days of claim approval.
